Union Yoga is a small friendly studio in Upper Hutt that offers a variety of different yoga classes.
Union Yoga was created as a relaxed space for people to connect with themselves and others. An invitation to take a moment to nurture both their minds and their bodies without judgement.

We’re pleased to welcome Mads back teaching, and we've added new restorative dates for those looking to unwind and rejuvenate.
There's also a new Ashtanga class on Thursdays.
And Claudio is back with a special offering in May.

Union Yoga and Cultivate You are now deep in the process of planning a special Being and Belonging Day Retreat.
This will be a soulful extension of our Woman's Circle. A day of nourishment for the body, mind and spirit from which you will walk away feeling more connected to self, others and your inherent self-worth.

Union Yoga are excited to welcome back Claudio Escutia with yet another amazing offering - Yin & Restore with live music.
Join us for an afternoon of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and soulful connection Sunday 4th May.
This special event combines the gentle, grounding practices of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, accompanied by the soothing sounds of live music performed by the talented Claudio Escutia. Together, these elements create a truly transformative experience, allowing you to unwind, release, and restore on every level.

Prenatal Yoga
We are so excited to offer Pre-natal Yoga at Union. Are you expecting? Join Courtney for these specially crafted classes designed to create a connection to self and baby.
Courtney's classes are gentle and safe for all expecting parents (regardless of previous yoga experience) with adjustments for each Trimester. The classes will focus on creating space in the body and mind while exploring the many yogic tools that can be used for a positive pregnancy, labour and birth experience.
Each class will involve Yoga poses specifically adapted for your changing body, Breathwork, Relaxation & Meditation and a chance to Connect and meet other expectant parents in a relaxed and supportive environment.
